Prepainted solid core HDF door panels – 30’ fire rated (EI1 30)
Our unprocessed EI1 30 painted door panels feature a solid chipboard core, a pine wood inner frame with intumescent material on the sides, and a graphite strip integrated in the top and bottom rails. The HDF facing layer is 3 mm thick.
The door thickness is 40 mm and available heights are 2015 mm and 2115 mm.
These EI1 30 door panels comply with BENOR 3250 - 30 minutes in accordance with EN 1634-1.Pre-finished HDF finish, to be further finished
