Our Classixx HDF pre-finished door leaves (’30) comply with BENOR 2287 or 3160 and provide 30-minute fire resistance (EI₁ 30). This means the door protects for 30 minutes in the event of a fire.

The EI₁ 30 fire door has a solid core. Fire resistance is achieved through the intumescent material incorporated in the inner spruce frame, integrated into the edges of the door leaf. The thermal strips are covered with solid wood and are therefore invisible.

The fire-resistant paintable doors are pre-filled, with 3° beveled edges, 4 mounted stainless steel hinges, and a pre-installed 72/60 project lock. The handle and cylinder holes are pre-drilled, but the cylinder is not included.

The corresponding door frames - including frame, battens, door trim, and hardware - can be easily ordered separately.
