Our Classixx HDF door leaves, pre-primed and 60 mm thick, are certified according to BENOR ATG3245 (or ATG3242, ATG3238) and offer an EI₁ 60 fire resistance rating. In the event of a fire, the door therefore maintains its fire-resistant properties for up to 60 minutes.

To achieve an EI₁ 60 fire resistance rating, the door is fitted with a solid particleboard core. Its fire-resistant performance is achieved through an intumescent product integrated into the internal softwood frame. This product is incorporated into the edges of the door leaf. The thermally expanding strips are covered with solid wood, keeping them concealed from view.

The fire-rated paint-grade doors are supplied pre-primed and feature 3° bevelled edges, four pre-installed stainless steel hinges and a pre-installed 72/60 project lock. Both the handle bore and cylinder bore are pre-drilled. The cylinder itself is not included.
